"I needed an inexpensive place to stay overnight while traveling to the Midwest. I read the reviews and decided to make my reservation. It was as described: clean, quiet, comfortable. It’s obviously an older property and it’s been maintained well. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfy. The owner lives on site so any needs or issues can be handled in short order. "This was an inexpensive room. The rug did have some stains. The paint in the bathroom was new but the trim was poorly finished and there were some cosmetic issues.
