"The place has a great layout for two families with kids to meet up. The upper floor has two bedrooms for one family and the basement has two bedrooms for the second family. There was lots of common space on the main floor. The outdoor space was great - amazing deck. We loved this place and hopefully will be back!"

"We hosted a reunion for our extended family this past weekend. The first floor was open enough that we could all be connected. The football fans took over one room, the basketball fans had the other, and the rest of us gathered to laugh and chat around the table. We even sang songs around the fire one night. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. Definitely enjoyed our stay. "

"The house was immaculate and impeccably appointed. It was much larger and spacious than it appeared in the photos. We spent the week biking portions of the GAP trail. It was so nice coming back to a nice cool house to have dinner and relax. Our golden retriever really enjoyed puppy height windows to look out of!"

"A gorgeous property, with many great details that are unmentioned on the website, that would be good to know in considering rental (lots of games, puzzles- also a very well outfitted kitchen with nice pantry with large cooking pots, crockpot, multiple 9x13 pans, cake and bread pans, springform pan, hand mixer, spices) which were a happy discovery for our family group of 10 who like to cook. The managing agency was not well aware of details and was able to answer some of our questions promptly,...

"This is the cutest property, and the location is perfect! It’s right between a winery and a distillery. There are also food choices within walking distance. The hot tub and fire pit are icing on the cake. (The chairs by the fire pit need to be cleaned, but it’s a small detail that’s easily fixed). We will definitely be back!!!"

"I consider finding this property devine intervention as our first booking was cancelled. Jim and Mandie are awesome hosts. This rental was perfect! Our puppy loved every minute of being off leash and her first swim in the pond! Loved it so much, we stayed an exyra day! We will return for sure. "

"Very great communication with hosts prior to stay, cute and quaint little cabin chalet just as described. Fully supplied kitchen made for meal prep pretty easy. Bring groceries bc the area has limited options nearby. We knew this ahead of time and probably saved us time and money. "

"We had a lovely Thanksgiving at the Hobbit House! Nina was very helpful ahead of our visit and even sent me photos of the pots and pans to make sure we had what we needed to cook everything. The kids loved the trails and the hunt for the rings. They have put thought into all the little things such as labeling light switches, a QR code by the fire pit to assist with building a fire and labeling hot tub buttons so you don't accidentally press the wrong one. Welcome to our cozy 1 BR cabin with tiered deck, open concept, w/ fireplace!

"We enjoyed this quaint cottage tucked away, but yet close enough to the main road. It was just the right size for a couples weekend and appointed with everything we needed for this trip. What a nice surprise to find the Winery just around the bend. After a long day of hiking ohiopyle and exploring falling water, it was nice to enjoy some music at the Winery and then head back to the cottage and make a fire in the fireplace.
