"Lockbox check in allowed for a quiet, evening arrival. Enter instructions were good from the Owner, as the property has a duplex style configuration. Owner stated that after 10 pm it was expected that guests be respectful-no noise. Immaculate clean and neat, no clutter. Adequate sheets, towels, kitchen items, board games, state of art TV. "This is our 3rd stay at a property owned by Nah, and we cannot say enough good things - her communication was excellent as always, and the home was very nicely stocked with all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The home is a new build, and very nice, roomy and comfortable. The location is also very central which makes it easy to get around Lafayette. We will definitely be back! "

"We met there for our Brother's 80th Birthday at the Veteran's home in Jennings, LA. Everyone had everything they needed. Beautiful home! Thank you!"

"This property is a gem! The home was perfect for our family. Very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood! Really enjoyed taking a walk after eating at some of the wonderful restaurants in Lafayette.The backyard yard was great for the grandkids and dog to run around. Would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we will stay here again soon!"

"Confirmed reservations and received codes for entry the night before reservation. Friend drove 800 miles, we go to check in around 5:30 pm tho check in is at 3 p. We believed we had the whole house, tho we pulled up to two old cars parked in the middle of the drive, we see people looking out the window at us, we go to use the code provided for the side door per pictures & there were two code boxes. "We rented the house for one night. The owner responded to inquiries immediately. It was an older house, which was updated inside. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a run down area and we were unsure about it upon arrival. However, it was quiet and we had no issues. We would stay here again."

"Our family loved this home! The open floor plan was perfect for our gatherings. And the front porch was to die for! We spend a lot of time out there just talking and watching the “unexpected” local parade go by. It was a perfect location to hub from as we visited Lafayette and Avery Island. The host was very accommodating even having a portable heater for one of the guest that got cold in the night. I am definitely staying here again!!"

"It was very nice and super quiet. We had no interaction with our host, so its hard to give review on that. If you want to get away and be alone this is the perfect place. The cabin was was fully stocked with everything you could need. Very easy check in. Door was open and key was inside. Only thing is we had hoped for more scenic view. The pond is nowhere near the house. A little disappointed with that, but overall it was a relaxing weekend. Beds are upstairs so if you have problems with...
