"The house was as advertised. It's a very large 4 bedroom home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses, etc. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was a bonus. The street was very quiet and we felt very safe there. It was easy to get around Eureka from that location."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Pepperwood Place. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and then some. Lots of space and natural light. Beautifully decorated. Private. Comfortable. Clean. Fabulous shower. Great kitchen area. Wonderful!"

"Although we visited during a rainy period, we were warm and cosy in this sweet bungalow. Walking distance to town, restaurants and shops, we took advantage of dry spells. Well equipped, comfortable and convenient, we were happy . I would highly recommend this sweet sray. "

"The location was great, Amy the host was very accessible. The house is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with extra supplies in the pantry and for cleaning up if needed. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We went for our sons graduation at Val poly Humboldt, and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! I would definitely book again if I find myself in that area again."

"This house is so charming! We visited for Thanksgiving to celebrate with our local friends & family. This space was perfect for housing our family of 7 and ideal for hosting dinner with our local guests. There's plenty of room. The beds are comfy and warm. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and supplies we needed to prepare dinner for 11 and the dining room table fit all of us perfectly! The location near the freeway was ideal for traveling into and through Eureka, as well as...

" Centrally located and within walking distance to the zoo. We contributed to Eureka’s economy, went to some beautiful beaches and an art gallery. Left before the earthquake, thank goodness. Nice large house with many rooms. Lots of kitchenware. Felt very safe. Beautiful redwoods all around. Had a good time. "
