"The hotel is gorgeous - Euro chic in a historic building - charming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Aside from very minor issues related to style trumping function, the only issue to be aware of is a somewhat lower privacy of the bathroom compared to expectations of most North Americans. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, all of whom we met with were spectacular. "We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. "I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "
