"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "Great little aparthotel in an excellent location near transit and all the main sites in Strasbourg. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything seemed to be no more than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of amenities including kitchenette in the room and WeWash laundry on the main floor."
