If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many...

"Stayed for three nights with a friend to explore Munich. Very clean apartments, good little kitchen. Nothing like salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking so keep that in mind. Beds were very firm and the pillows even worse. If you’re used to anything soft you won’t get that here. Rooms were also very warm, couldn’t sleep with the doona on at night unless we opened the balcony door. Apparently they’re swapping over to heating the building from cooling and the concierge said it was helpful to know...

"Flawless property with everything in order: clean, quiet, comfortable, green surroundings. The owner is very nice and is paying great attention to detail. The one tiny thing I didn’t like is a slightly over-engineered Wi-Fi limited to 3Mb/1Mb, the owner helped me however resolve some difdiculties I had. I think you can purchase the “premium” Wi-Fi which would probably be faster, but I didn’t try that."
