The house is located in a quiet location which allows us to whine down at the end of the day. The interior of the house is very clean and minimalist but has everything that you need. We treat this house as it was ours. :)"

"Buena experiencia, es un edificio nuevo que todavía está por ser terminado, se nos que siguen en obras. Al reservar te mandan las "reglas de la casa" y especifican que esta prohibido drogas, fumar y prostitución... pues el departamento con solo abrir la puerta apestaba a cigarrillo. Eso no es directamente responsabilidad de Alphabet, pero sí de quien lo renta. En general, muy bien. Estación del tren a unos metros, restaurantes y super mercado cerca, bonita zona junto a los muelles. "

"Das Apartment war auf 2 Etagen - das wäre OK, wenn nicht die überaus steile Treppe gewesen wäre. Die Handläufe waren fast abgerissen. Zu den Schlafzimmern im Keller gab es eine Dusche aber keine Toilette. Dafür gab es die oben - aber ohne Handwaschbecken. Die Wohnung nur oberflächlich gereinigt."

"Tolle Lage für einen Städtetrip. Die Betten sind einfach und nichts für Rückenkranke. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Oberlichtern ausgestattet, die sich nicht verdunkeln lassen. War für uns nicht schlimm, da es von der Jahreszeit später hell wurde. Im Sommer aber sicher eher stört, wer es dunkel braucht, um zu schlafen. Die Santäranlagen sind sehr schön mit toller Dusche. Leider fiel die Heizung bei unserem Aufenthalt aus, so dass wir 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser hatten und somit das Duscherlebnis...

"Wonderful property and very convenient for public transportation and within walking distance to shops and the city of Utrecht. We found the property hosts to be very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Steep stairs to the bedroom, no freezer and no comfortable seating to relax in. Bed was very comfortable once you made it up the steep stairs."

"Nice location. Good appliances and furnishing including TV and internet. Cleaning could be a wee bit better (dust bunnies here and there - but we are picky). Nice to be in a village that is not so tourist dominated."
