"Property was nice, clean and conveniently located however for a 4 star hotel a fridge and a second chair should be in the room. The parking was expensive for an outdoor parking. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good (except the coffee that was terrible)."

"Great no frills place to stay. We had a family of 4 and stayed in a room that had a king bed and 2 twin beds. The room was very warm, cozy, clean and comfortable. The train is only 3 minute walk so it makes it very easy to get around Zürich without difficulty. You will need to buy your train tickets as the hotel stay does not include train passes like some hotels in Zurich. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. "Schönes neues Hotel, Zimmer und Bad sehr gut, Betten leider zu hart. Abzüge gibt’s wegen dem Frühstück, das nicht 4*-like war: zu wenig Auswahl, kaum Obst und auch ansonsten nicht wirklich lecker. Personal war sehr bemüht, aber hat wenig Möglichkeiten."
