"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc."

"Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "

"The hotel had just opened up so everything was very clean and new. We had 2 main issues during our stay. The first was our bathroom. Our sink was leaking so parts of our floor and towels were wet. When we spoke to someone at reception, she told us that she would send us new towels, which was helpful. The shower also doesn't drain very well so the floors were constantly wet. Our second issue was with soundproofing. We stayed on the ground floor and we could hear everyone in the hallways and the...

"This property is terrific and in a great location (very close to train station and old town). Tom, met us at the property and gave us an extensive list of things to do and restaurants to consider. He was fantastic. Property was very cool and provided great space for 3 adults."
