What felt like a hidden gem
We had a fantastic week here with our extended family, facilities and service was superb from concierge to dining. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.

Leider befand sich mein Zimmer in der Nähe der Raucherecke des Personals. Die Unterhaltungen waren teilweise sehr laut auch nicht für die Gäste bestimmt. Frühstück war sehr gut, Kaffee in der Kanne war sehr dünn. Wellnessbereich war sehr gut .

Alle Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Absolute Empfehlung, sowohl für Familien als auch für Mädelstrip. Sehr große Anlage mit sehr vielen Liegestühlen, super gepflegt, tolles Essen und megafreundliches Personal. Für uns wird es sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Empfang lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Lange Wartezeiten ohne etwas zu Trinken beim Checkin. Keine Erklärung wo was zu finden ist. Man musste alles selber erkunden. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hotelzimmer veraltet, dafür sauber. Kein Klimaanlage. Sehr auf Kinder ausgelegt, was im Internet stehen sollte. Für Ruhsuchende eher ungeeignet. Beim Essen teilweise sehr laut. Auswahl vom Essen wieder sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Insgesamt sehr gut 👍
Hotel sehr schön gelegen. Anlage war riesig, leider konnten / durften die Kinder nicht alleine in die Spielhalle. Diese war sehr weit weg und unbeaufsichtigt ( kaum geheitzt). Parkplatz 5 Euro pro Tag ist fair. Zimmer schön gross und ein kleine seperates Zimmer mit Hochbett für die Kids. Frühstück hervorragend. Abendessen - 6 Gang Menü sehr soezielle zusammen Stellung. Nächstes mal würden wir A-la-Cart bestellen. Schwimmbad schön, leider der Kinderbereich für sehr kleine Kinder gedacht. Im grossen Becken war spielen verboten. Jeden Tag ein kleines Kinderprogramm. Die Kinder haben zum Schluss noch ein Lunchpacket mitbekommen für die Fahrt.

Das Hotel entspricht seiner Umgebung und passt perfekt in das Schwarzwald Ambiente. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch beim mehrmaligen erklären der richtigen Wege. Am Anreisetag erhält man einen Lageplan für das Hotel. Diesen sollte man unbedingt aufheben und stets zur Hand haben. Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Eine grosse Auswahl beim Essen am Buffet, aber leider nicht so gut, wie wir gehofft haben. Das Frühstücks- Buffet dagegen super toll (ausser dem Kaffe 😩) Die musikalische Unterhaltung am Abend, hammer!!!! Die Massage sehr gut. Schade, dass das Wasser im Aussen-Pool so kalt war. Vielen Dank an alle, die so tolle Arbeit leisten um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.
