Breakfast area lovely view, one girl doing a fabulous job with what she has at her disposal, juggling service with table clearance. The rooms are not cheap and they are of two star value. My opinion is that the the management put some money back into this impressive historical Hotel. "

"Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our room had a small veranda. The owners made us very welcome, and gave us good advice. The Hochschwartwald card was excellent allowing us to visit Freiburg, Titisee and Donaueschingen by train and take a boat tour of the lake, all at no cost. We were really lucky to have found this small hotel."
