"Hotellet levede overhovedet ikke op til forventningerne. Havde bestilt comfort værelse med balkon, men fik et mørkt standardværelse hvor der intet lys kom ind. Dette var dog en misforståelse med hotel.com ( vi fik efterfølgerne kompensation ), men hotellet kunne se vi havde betal for værelse med balkon. Cafe og restaurant var lukket ned. Terrassen var fyldt med ukrudt og gamle servietter flød på fliserne. Askebærger blev ikke tømt. Morgenmaden var elendig, og man fik en kop kaffe , og skulle...

"Es war schade, dass direkt vor dem Turm eine Riesige Baustelle ist und das die Bar im Turm und andere Aktivitäten direkt dort nicht geöffnet waren. Deswegen nur drei Sterne. Haben uns aber viel Angeschaut und da ist es sehr schön gewesen."
