"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "It is very quiet, a wonderful place to relax. It is not easy to get to by public transportation."

"This property was listed as a guesthouse with one bedroom over a bakery in town. Then we were given instructions to go somewhere else in the the middle of know where. It was a hostel that only provides one room and bathroom. The kitchen and refrigerator were shared among all the guests. The room was filled with spiders everywhere. It didn’t appear dusted. Spider webs were hanging from the ceiling and tv and door ways. No where to walk to a store or restaurant. "

"Der Aufenthalt war schön, und für 2 Personen ist das Häuschen ausreichend. Allerdings befindet sich die kleine „Terrasse“ eher vor/ auf der Auffahrt, was nicht erkennbar war und ist dadurch nicht für sich abgetrennt und einsehbar. Der Pool war nicht in Betrieb, was sehr schade war und uns zuvor nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Das wäre schon ein Muss gewesen, es vorher anzukündigen. Von einigen Spinnen und Staub abgesehen, war unser Häuschen recht sauber… Die Nachbarn im großen Haus nebenan hatten...

"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."
