Breakfast was good and fixed price dinner for 20 euros was a bargain and quite good. Only complaint, the safe in the room was on the floor of closet. You had to go on your stomach to read the numbers and no instructions how to use it."

"Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe. This place takes money and takes advantage of travelers. Much better places to stay in this area. "

"I was there October 20 to the 23. It’s worth the nightly rate. The town of Naxos is just down the street. Interesting for a one day visit. I experienced far better beaches. The staff are very friendly and of assistance. The pictures of the vistas from the hotel are not accurate. You can’t see much from the hotel. On balance if you are visiting Naxos, it’s worth the rate."
