"The property was amazing!!! The only one thing was the elevator stoped working they day of check out and had to carry bags down 2 floors! Also when they watsaap u they send you a wrong address but ended up finding the place very nice room fully renovated"

"Good value property and room spacious and clean. WiFi a bit intermittent. View of Etna from our balcony. Only downside is the location. Need to take a detour to get to the seafront and main restaurant area as limited option to cross the railway track. Usually took us 15-20 minutes"

"Hotel Palladio was an unexpected joy! The staff were remarkable in their willingness to help whether suggesting local restaurants or where I could get a mani-pedi. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful and the outside terrace where breakfast (best we had on our 3 week Italian adventure) and dinner were served overlooked the Ionian Sea. "Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe. This place takes money and takes advantage of travelers. Much better places to stay in this area. "

"I was there October 20 to the 23. It’s worth the nightly rate. The town of Naxos is just down the street. Interesting for a one day visit. I experienced far better beaches. The staff are very friendly and of assistance. The pictures of the vistas from the hotel are not accurate. You can’t see much from the hotel. On balance if you are visiting Naxos, it’s worth the rate."

"Hotel was much better than expected. We had a corner suite with a patio and a small balcony. View was spectacular! Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good and fixed price dinner for 20 euros was a bargain and quite good. Only complaint, the safe in the room was on the floor of closet. You had to go on your stomach to read the numbers and no instructions how to use it."

"It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. "

"My wife and I stayed in the Hotel Villa Paradisio for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. We had junior suite with a balcony and a great view of Mount Etna and the sea. the hotel is high up and the view is great! I also liked the extra size in the room because we were on an extended trip and were able to easily store our luggage and clothes etc. The feel of the room is that you are in classic Italy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great expresso drinks made to order- all with an incredible view. Perhaps the greatest feature of the hotel is the staff who really took care of us - including making local reservations, making sure our car arrived on time, having recommendations on what to see around Taormina. Giuseppe and the staff in the breakfast area were a delight. I felt like we were staying with family in Italy - that's how great the staff was."
