Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Great central location, couple of minutes walk from nearest tram/metro stop. Central rail station only 5 - 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment was very spacious and really well equipped. Great communications from the team ahead of arrival, making access a breeze. I even got notified that my apartment was ready ahead of time which was welcome. Overall, everything about my stay was very positive on top of which the city is beautiful."

"Great little location. Wished there was more up front communication that the indoor pool would not be open as that was why we chose it. Staff friendly and helpful, great store to grab the forgotten essentials, very fun parks and area to walk with kids, two restaurants close- walking distance! Perfect location to explore the area!"
