The villa is well appointed with all mod cons but the boiler did break leaving us without hot water for 24 hours. No drama and the owners responded as quickly as possible to resolve this. "The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find.
