"This flat is so nice that we would love to go back to Munich just to spend time living there! We used Munich as our base and spent every day basically traveling out of Munich to attend tours. "I strongly tawel you pass on this accommodation! The bedding wasn’t changed from the previous tenants , sheets were dirty! We slept on dirty bedding! We were 3 women , we were given I bath towel and 2 hand towels . We tried to take a shower with the hand towels , but they were DIRTY AS WELL! Smelled of cigarettes terribly! I wrote 3 emails to the host begging him to do something.. NOTHING - no response’ I think this is my last time using this platform!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Bettina's place with our two kids. It had a fun park nearby, plus bakeries and grocery stores. Less than a block to the Ubahn and only 10 min walk to the museum quarter. And a great English language secondhand bookstore a couple of blocks away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again in Munich!"

"This was by far one of the best hotels.com experiences I’ve ever had, The Spot was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. It was right next door to a grocery store, and although it was a little far from our tourism activities in terms of how nice this place was it was entirely worth it! "Die Wohnung ist in Schwabing gut gelegen und im MVV gut angebunden. Bis zum Marienplatz sind es nur wenige Stationen. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Hilfe eines Lockschlosses gut geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst war eine Katastrophe. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Es fanden sich tote Bienen, Dreck und Haare. Farbeimer standen rum und auf dem Balkon fanden sich Kippen auf dem Boden. Staub gewischt wurde auch...
