Tried phoning them and they never picked up (no phone coverage at property either so you need to drive 10min to get coverage). I had to find different accomodation last minute as this property was a bust. Tried to get refund and they refused. They have effectively stolen my money as they haven't provided any service."

"Self check in worked as reception wasn't available on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Was scary at first as i had never dealt with this, i thought i needed an app called TheBird. Turns out i didn't, a screen in the vestibule enabled creation of a magnetic room key as long as you had your reservation # from hotel email confirmation (not expedia #, the hotel #). Staff was very friendly when i net them the next day and at check out. It all worked flawless, once i figured out the self check in...
