"Excellent location just a short walk from Nagoya Station and plenty of dining and shopping. Although I am a big fan of 9 hours Capsules sadly this location was a bit too cramped and not as well maintained as other locations. Staff was friendly and helpful however the lounge area on the ground floor isn’t great after the coffee station is closed and the rooftop area is too small and crowded in the evenings. Again, location is really good but not sure I would stay again."

"名古屋出張の時はここに決めてます。 サウナはドライタイプとセルフロウリュタイプに別れどちらも素敵ですが、個人的には森のサウナと呼ばれるセルフロウリュタイプが好みです。 中は薄暗く灯りが調整され、ヴィヒタをつけた水を温められた石にかけることで、ヴィヒタのいい香りが充満し、リラックスできます。ラップランド水風呂は気温マイナス25度、水温0℃に調整され、サウナで拡張した、血管がキュッとひきしめられほんとにととのいすぎます。 1時間に1回程度実施されるアウフグースさーも他の施設のようにうるさいタイプではなく、静かに行っていただけます。"

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
