"This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. We *thought* we had an issue with the toilet (false alarm) and Geralyn had someone there to take a look within 20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-such a pleasure! The pool is well maintained, warm, and inviting! However-as mentioned in another’s review-you will catch a whiff of septic every now and again. It’s not from the pool or pool restrooms. "The property was perfectly represented by the listing and very comfortable. We loved the view and location. Bus service was easily accessible and affordable. Convenient to shops and restaurants within walking distance but we preferred going to Quepos farmers market and fish market and preparing meals in the kitchen. Hosts were easily accessible for great tips and communication. Would definitely recommend!"

"This property is a gem. Pictures do not do the place justice. The location is great and felt safe, very walkable to many good restaurants and supermarkets. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Joshua the host was very responsive and helped us book a tour and allowed for an earlier check in! Would happily stay here again if we are back in town. For those travelling with younger kids, the apartment does get a lot of light, and they woke up at 6 every day."

"The place is clean and well maintained but it seen that the owner doesn’t believe in having light bulbs on every light fixture and have TVs with working controls on every tv!! The only tv working is in the living room and there is only ONE channel and it is in Spanish!! "We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly.
