This first floor apartment in the Delia Row Townhouse can easily accommodate the needs of four Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Enjoy a little antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! Great place!
My wife and I had a great time in Savanah. Our stay at this VRBO was awesome. The location was in a beautiful part of the historic district across from Forsythe Park and walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Great coffee shops close by and a place to grab the bus tours close by also. Free parking right outside the door.

We had a wonderful time in Savannah and loved being across from Forsyth Park. Very cute, clean unit and close to everything in historic district. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Across From Forsythe Park
We were very pleased with our stay at this rental. In reality, the space seems bigger than the photos, and the cleanliness surpassed my wife's strict standards. The check-in process was simple and there was plenty of street parking.

This great location met all our needs
Loved the apartment and the location. Tub/shower faucets were unwieldy, but everything else was perfectly comfortable. The space was large, very clean, and well-supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the street and the coffee shop a short walk away. A short walk to the Kroger and even shorter to the free bus transport. We loved Savannah and felt very safe walking daily.

This was our first experience using VRBO. It was so easy picking the place. The whole process was so easy. I was a little worried when we got there would we be able to get in. Dirty towels and blankets were piled up, dishes were in the sink and the bed was unmade. That being said, they sent someone out IMMEDIATELY, despite the fact that it was 8:00 at night. The housekeeper was apologetic and did a great job. The apartment was lovely and we loved all the furniture, accent pieces, mirrors, etc. Eould definitely recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Not rented through Lucky Savannah so we were a little nervous but it seems unnecessarily as the pre rental information all came through in good time and was very comprehensive. The location is great. We could take our chairs across the road to the park in the evenings and just take in the buzz from there. The flat had all the technology and features we expected and the free parking is a big bonus in a city these days although next time, we wouldn’t bring a car as there is a Krogers just over the park, Sentient Bean kept us in coffee and the American Legion post in beer/food. The free bus into town is also a boon for weary legs. We are already planning ‘Savannah 2025’

The place exceeded our expectations. You thought if everything you could want or need. Love the decor! Even my hubby commented on it. The ONLY thing i would do is put some black out drapes in the window of the bedroom. When the lights come on for the park it really makes it hard to sleep. After a few nights we got used to it but boy the lights are bright. We will be back, as Savannah is a new favorite, especially across from Forsythe Park. What a treat.

Fabulous and Charming Place to Stay!
This was a fabulous & charming place to stay while we were in Savannah for the week! The apartment has been so nicely renovated and keeps the charm of yesteryear with all the modern conveniences. All the touches are there from an extremely comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen to lovely furnishings and a wonderful movie selection. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very inviting. The large windows in front overlook beautiful Forsyth Park and the back door leads to a lovely outdoor sitting area loaded with pretty potted plants, tables & chairs. The apartment is within easy walking distance to most things in the downtown area of Savannah and free parking was easy to find on the side street. Just pay attention to the sign of when you need to move your car to the other side for the street sweeping that takes place overnight. We would definitely consider staying in this location the next time we visit Savannah. Everything was top notch!

Perfect Savannah location
Great 1st floor location overlooking Forsyth Park and walkable to the entire city. Very safe with 2 key code locks to the apartment with a very narrow entrance from the hallway. Parking was challenging Wednesday night because of street sweeping, but didn't have any issues for the rest of the day, Weds-Saturday. King bed was very soft & comfy, sheets were a bit starchy/itchy. Bedroom doesn't get very dark at night because of streetlights and no curtains. If there are guests above, you can hear every step and muffled voices while they move about and come in and out of the house. Hot shower water didn't last too long, but had incredible pressure. Overall, a great trip and location - would stay again.
