Nous n avons pas eu de chance, la piscine était pleine d algues vertes et donc non pratiquable pendant plus de la moitié du séjour. Le bain finlandais était vide, le remplir et le chauffer prend une demie journée. "Excellent host! This house is a French "gite" and is very spacious. We were there during a cold mid-May spell but the house is double glazed and with a great heating system. We loved the French farmhouse style kitchen/dining/lounge. The owner was very helpful with assisting us to contact a relative in France. She welcomed us into her home and let us use her telephone. There is no internet service in the house but it is available at a cafe less than 10 minutes away from the house. We enjoyed our...

"Le week-end annuel des cousinades s'est déroulé dans ce charmant hameau isolé et calme. La maison, très fonctionnelle et vaste était parfaite pour notre groupe de 17 personnes. La terrasse très grande a accueilli tous les repas, même les petits déjeuners. Les ballades à proximité ont permis de s'aérer sans prendre la voiture. A couple of friendly cows add to the picture and do not disturb the tranquility of the place. "This was a really comfortable cottage for our large family. It had everything we needed and the surrounding area is beautiful. There is plenty to do and see in the vicinity. We would recommend Super Besse for outdoor activities and for climbing Puy de Sancy - the highest peak in the Massif Central. M. "From a very warm reception, to a comfortable & spacious house with so many things to explore. The house is warm and quiet with plenty of room and everything provided. There is so much to do and to see: The Dordogne dams and lakes, Salers, Puy Mary"

Cozy and secluded chalet

"A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. The VRBO English site indicated no extra charge for this. It seems that the French site did. This is a serious oversight/problem. Beware users of the English website before you book! However, Corinne was very amenable and understanding about this issue and we resolved it amicably. Overall, the accommodation is very good. And visiting such a beautiful volcanic landscape was an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Merci, Corinne. "
