Auberge De La Providence
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (48)
"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"We spent a wonderful 2 nights at this fabulous, characterful old property, and only wish our stay could have been longer. Great friendly and accommodating hosts, delicious breakfast. And the countryside in this area is pretty stunning too. "

"Nous recommandons à 100%! Château magnifique, propriétaires très chaleureux, chambre propre, spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons aussi profité du dîner en table d’hôtes: un vrai délice ! Le chef s’est adapté sans problème à notre régime alimentaire (végétarien). Le tout dans un cadre idyllique."

We loved the French farmhouse style kitchen/dining/lounge. The owner was very helpful with assisting us to contact a relative in France. She welcomed us into her home and let us use her telephone. There is no internet service in the house but it is available at a cafe less than 10 minutes away from the house. We enjoyed our...

"A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. The VRBO...
