"This condo was ideally situated in the heart of old Thonon with many restaurants, boulangeries, grocery and convenience stores. It was very clean, and the kitchen was updated and well equipped. The bed was reasonably comfortable and fans were available for when it got warm. "This is the second year that we have stayed at Etiennes apartment. The space is very small and quite basic but absolutely perfect location for the ski lift ( just outside the front door). When we arrived Etienne and his family were at the apartment putting some final touches to some improvements. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had a few extra shelves, a dishwasher and an improved double bedroom. Etienne is always quick to respond to emails and is very helpful and friendly. "I have rated this 5 but with some negatives. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."
