"The property is fine. Great location to fish or boat. The owner was VERY responsive. We had a hot water problem & she immediately had someone out to fix it. One of our party left a jacket & she offered to mail it back to us. Thankfully we were still in the area & just stopped by to get it. The only thing that might be an issue for some with young kids who don't know the meaning of privacy is that there were barn doors in both bathrooms & 1 bedroom and they couldn't be locked. We were all adults so it wasn't a problem. bedroom"

"Stayed here for a High School fishing tournament out of Palatka City Dock. 15 minutes from the dock, plenty of room in the driveway for vehicles and boats. Fred was extremely responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back!"

It was perfect for the holiday to visit family but also be able to work when needed. Outside was beautiful too and the perfect space for dog walking and our adventurous 5 year old!
