This is a basement suite in a 1 yr old home. Suite is spacious enough and well appointed. Location is on Far East side of Saskatoon but since the city very smal and traffic flows along smoothly, we were maybe 12 minutes from university and 15 from downtown. Less than that to airport/arena. Convenience stores and fuel very close.
Initial entry smooth and simple. If we ever need lodging in sktoon again we will definitely stay here
