"The stay was good, we were surprised there was no access to the kitchen like other B&B we have stayed in so we couldn’t hear our food. We couldn’t figure out how to get out and see the back garden, and the bed was very hard. But the room was beautiful and it was an easy walk to the train station. "

"Fantastic Value for money, such a huge space with many rooms, including a Cot if you have a little one. The hosts were warm and caring, but also left you to it which is the way it should be. The only thing to be aware of, is that there isn't a lock on the door into your own apartment, made me slightly uneasy, especially at night and also if you go out for the day, but everything was fine, just something to be aware of. Highly recommended."

"We arrived at 5.15pm and found the doors closed and a sign on the door with a telephone number of the owner to call for arrivals after 4pm. We called the number and left a message, left with no option but to wait outside in a cold January day with a child. The owner called us back only 1.15h later!!! All this time we were supposed to wait outside on a cold winter afternoon. Likely for us a lady (I assume from the family) was passing by the entrance and opened the door letting us in. I understand...

"A stopover enroute from skiing in Austria to home in Scotland. A wonderful choice in a quirky bed and breakfast near Gembloux in Belgium. The wonderful collection of antique items and furniture adds to the general feel. Can only recommend highly."
