"I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have to literally flag them down or go find them for assistance. I just started over ordering during the first I retraction so I didn’t need them to come again. "

"The staff were amazing! There was a mix-up on our room the first night so they upgraded us! The view from our room was beautiful! When checking out the staff offered us a ride into Amalfi rather than taking a cab; absolutely wonderful experience all around!"

"One of the best stays of our entire Italian trip with my wife. We booked the room with the incredible sea view and large balcony—a breathtaking view honestly and it definitely looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and communication was fairly easy in English. Luckily, the hotel was hosting a wedding that day, so we had the honor of witnessing an Italian wedding! One of our highlights was the broadly selected breakfast we had—with a sea view at the restaurant as well. Omelet, fresh bread (!!), filled croissants, yogurts, mixed fresh fruit and one of the nicest cappuccinos I had in Italy—this hotel has it all. The car drive up and down the hill to Amalfi took about half an hour and was fun, but be cautious; the street is quite narrow and only for experienced drivers. Would definitely consider this hotel again; thank you!"
