"Very impressed with the apartment, we loved every minute there and wished we’d booked longer. The balcony was lovely to sit out on even with the road being directly below, we had all five of us sat there chatting on a few occasions. Inside the property the layout suited everyone with several places to sit and the pool was an added bonus. Location is perfect, minutes away from Lidl for supplies and a nice walk into Sarlat centre. There are many narrow passages with restaurants and shops to go...

"This appartment is extremely well located near Sarlat and within the vicinity of many interesting places. Friendly, discrete hosts that were at our service when needed: we missed a hairdryer (which was mentioned in the house description) and they immediately solved that. Appartment was very cool which was welcome with day temperatures of +35°C. Only downside: the appartment is very damp (known to the hosts) and the mechanical ventilation does not entirely solve this."

"This is a beautiful apartment with an exceptional location. The space is large, with lots of light, and extremely well appointed. The host provided all of the information we needed - including a map with the free parking lots nearby. "Really beautiful place. Beautifully furnished (not IKEA!), totally nice bathrooms. Location is absolute heart of Sarlat - but up on the second floor - so you could hear the (summer) crowds below, but be “above it all” - very fun while making dinner for ourselves :-))! No a/c, so needed windows open - and it can be noisy - but for us, part of being in Europe! Well equipped kitchen (tho add ice cube trays, salad bowl). And be aware they charge an add’l fee $85 for linens (tho good quality linens)....

"Great apartment right in the old town. Good sized studio with seperate kitchen which looks well equipped We only had two nights so didnt use it. Free parking is 5 mins away but it is possible to load/unload about 100m from the apartment. The Internet didn't work and 4g was also intermittent so you can escape the world in Sarlat :)"

The apartment is immaculate, quiet, fully equipped, even if you want to cook. Everything works and the lighting is great. It is lovingly and tastefully decorated. And on top of all that, Maggie and Ahm are the most responsive and thoughtful hosts. They go the extra mile to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Just wish there was a higher rating to give...

"The apartment really is as charming as it looks. The parking is easy, just set your gps to the street the parking is off of and it is right there. The entire medieval town is easily walkable and there is so much to do in the area, it was a memorable base. "
