"This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. It’s walkable to town, but is on a quiet and private property surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. Matteo was very responsive and easy to work with. "The villa is located near a small mountain town surrounded by vineyards. It is an absolutely stunning setting. The villa easily sleeps 7 adults and it is large with lots of separate rooms so it never feels crowded.It is filled with art and antiques and whimsical things to discover.
