As you drive up to this exquisite custom home, you are greeted by palm trees and lush gardens. As you step in through the front doors, your gaze is immediately drawn through the house to the ocean and volcanoes beyond. This home has 5 large bedroom suites, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 queen and 1 king (master), walkout level has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 long twin beds, and two with king beds. Each are steps away from the 45 ft. pool that boasts a hot tub. Imagine, night time, sky full of stars, sitting in the pool after a day of fun, sipping a drink!!! Next to the pool is a hand painted tropical jungle Rancho with wet bar and washroom. The hot tub is set to heat from 4pm to 9pm.The upstairs boasts a gourmet kitchen, large great room with cathedral wood ceilings, cable TV, wireless internet, laundry and large balcony with barbecue. The lower level has a custom kitchenette, living area with cable TV and large balcony that extends to the pool.
Lots of activities await you, great fishing, zip lining, white water rafting or tubing, hiking the dormant volcanoes, walk the hanging bridges at the top of the forest canopy, zoo, surf, scuba, volcano mud baths and hot springs, to name a few. I will provide you with a list of all the area activities and tours. Some you can see by yourself, or our concierge can provide and book a full selection of tours for you.

Please read our house rules and rental agreement. Rates include 8 guests. Each additional guest is $60/day. Two children ages 3 and under are charged as one.
Our concierge can also arrange a cook to wow your palette and also help to rent a car, stock the fridge, get a babysitter.
There is a reason why the Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, Ritz Carleton, Secrets, Andaz, Planet Hollywood and RIU resorts are located here. We are 25 minutes from the Liberia airport, LIR, and close to all the beauty Costa Rica has to offer. Playas de Coco is the main town, 10 minutes away. It has restaurants, shops, grocery store, nightclubs, etc.

The Palms villa is truly amazing. It exceeded all our expectations. The views from the villa are stunning! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. It was a great experience.

The Palms
The Palms house is decadent, amazing and uber clean. Stunning views, spotless pool, tons of rooms and all the kitchen items needed to make meals. We loved our stay and was more than needed for four adults and a teenage son.

Couples Bucket List Trip to CR
Beautiful, quiet, clean property with a million dollar view. The property was one of the highlights of our trip and the perfect place to relax and cook dinner after our daily excursions. The Howler Monkeys that visited us during our stay was a the cherry on top of a great trip! The property is more beautiful than the pictures…I highly recommend this property.

Playa Hermosa with the Zindis Group
Our stay was 3/23/24 to 3/30/24. Beautiful house on a very steep hill so we were glad we did not rent a car. Zindis did a great job on our excursion list and even when we added an excursion they did not advertise, they were able to find us a fantastic tour guide with a lot of knowledge who educated us. We had a great time and will not hesitate to go through VRBO the next time we plan a trip.

What a view
When you walk into the house, you will be absolutely amazed at the view. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of control of the jacuzzi. It is on between 5 and 10, and if you want to use it any earlier than 5, you have no control. The staff was helpful. You will enjoy a stay here.

Relaxing Vacation
Overall the property was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable. The A/C in the main living area could have been better, never cooled below 80. There was plenty of room for everyone and supplies were endless. The view from the property was great and seeing the monkeys in the morning was awesome. Good communication with the host prior to arriving and the property manager was helpful.

The Palms
The Palms was an amazing family getaway location. Enough room for everyone and location was great. Although we did not venture outside of Guanacaste Province, there is plenty to do! With 4 beaches within 15 minutes and the Rincón Vieja at a short hour and 15 min, this property delivered a fantastic and relaxing time for all. Thank you Martha and Zindis!

Pura Vida!
Nice property with an amazing view! We were 2 families of 4 with plenty of room in this house. The pool, hot tub, outdoor space and of course the view were highlights. Short drive to the beach. We used boogie boards and chairs from the property when we went to the beach. We used the grill and prepared several meals at the house and had all the equipment needed. It was fun to see all the NYE fireworks on the beach and at the Four Seasons from the balcony of the property. Pura Vida!

Simply amazing!
My fiancé and I came to Costa Rica to get married and stay at this wonderful house. It was amazing - had everything we needed and of course the view was absolutely breathtaking. Loved seeing monkeys from our patio and having coffee every morning on the rocking chairs overlooking the water. Zindis was very helpful and responsive leading up and during our visit. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great family vacation
We had an amazing time in Playa Hermosa and in Costa Rica in general. The house was amazing. A little glitch with checking in due to a delay in getting our car rental but nothing major. The property manager was super helpful. If there was a problem she responded quickly. Our chef was fantastic. He made us an wonderful dinner.

Stunning Home
This property is beautiful! The common areas are huge and the bedrooms are quiet and private. The pool and hot tub were just as advertised with a gorgeous view. The management company was extremely helpful from start to finish! They always responded quickly and were eager to help. Don’t hesitate to book this property…. You’ll be glad you did!

This house was w wonderful. Plenty of room and well stocked. The pool was a terrific way to end the evening. The views from the deck were spectacular. The beach was a short car ride not really walkable. The kids really enjoyed the neighbors cat that visited everyday. The concierge service by Zindis was helpful and they were very easy to work with. We had a great time. The house was beautiful. Pictures didn’t do it justice. kids loved the pool and the view was amazing. It was nice to be in a gated community and close to different beaches. The only negative thing I would say is that we did the grocery service where they shopped for us before we arrived. None of the food or drinks were cold. They didn’t turn the fridge on until the morning of our arrival. So we had nothing cold until the next morning. Other than that it was great! Thanks again!

Most Relaxing Vacation EVER!
When we first walked in we couldn't believe how large the home was. Absolutely beautiful!! Cannot express in words honestly. Everything you would ever require for a vacation was there from appliances, pool toys and just everything. Highly recommend, you would not be disappointed. The pictures don't do it justice.

I really can’t do this house justice in a review. The view floored me every time we walked in the house or woke up and looked out the window. It’s perfect for large or multiple families. It’s in a great location and a beautiful safe, quiet neighborhood. The best part of this rental though is the property management company. They have outstanding service. They booked everything from adventures to massages to a personal chef for us. They even arranged our rental car. We had the vacation of a lifetime here.

Great house!
The house was great! It is beautiful and there was so much space for us. The pool was great, the view amazing. It is stocked with everything you need, including a first aid kit, spices, beach chairs, floats for the pool, games, books, coolers, etc which was so convenient. Like the previous reviews said, the hot tub was cold so we never used it. But, that wasn't a huge deal for us. We would love to go back!

Stunning Home with Stunning Views & An Amazing Team
My family and I stayed at this location for 8 days and 7 nights and we are still raving about our experience! The photos really don't do this home any justice... the home and the views are STUNNING. The team at Zindis Property helped make our vacation unforgettable. They came to the home to help us choose our tours and excursions and made themselves available to us for our entire trip to assist with any questions we had or any new tours we wanted to schedule. They even helped us setup private meals for our family at the home with two amazing chefs. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting beautiful Costa Rica.

Fabulously fabulous
Words just can’t describe the beauty and comfort of this home. Any and all issues ( which were very few) were addressed immediately. The Zindis group whom manage the property are far beyond what any expectations of a concierge/ management company should be. They made every detail perfect. They checked on us daily and helped us navigate the entire trip . Everything was fabulous and we would definitely come back here again. Only thing they need new coffee pits and they weee very receptive to any and all suggestions. It’s probably already been replaced 😉
