"This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. The staff were a little aloof generally especially in the panorama restaurant. The reception staff were functional but not warm...

"Lovely welcome, room adequate, no telly or wifi in room. It did feel 'out of season' and the menu reflected this as in not all available. Very quiet too which we liked. The surrounding area is very run down with a lot of rubbish laying around. The breakfast was lovely and generous. Murat particularly took excellent care of us but other staff lovely and helpful too. Visit Erdek its really worth it..lovely fishing town a km along the road. "

"Location is excellent, right on the sea front. The staff are friendly and efficient and speak good English. My bike was stored in a private store room. There is a good breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom in the room smells strongly of mothballs or something like that, and I had to try to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. The air-conditioning works but seems to be weak. The window in the room can't be opened wide, so it is difficult to get rid of the smell."

"The outside pictures of the hotel is not like reality. There is no free parking and cannot park car at all. The reception guy talks only Turkish and we cannot understand each other. Also was arogant. After check in they want to pay for 2 nights before see the room and after that we pay only for 1 night because we are there at 20 o'clock and there is no other options for that night. For second our night we stay at other hotel. Also i think that this not a hotel, but there is a women without...
