"We loved staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. Great amenities and so much space. Were certainly quite a few broken things when we arrive such as the back screen door, the hot tub was empty with stagnant water in it, cuts in the felt of the pool table and broken screens in the deck area. "We love the caretaker cottage. It has everything you want. A step up into ensuite can be an issue. Also a lip in the bedroom doorway can be tricky if one is not paying attention. "

"The house and facilities were excellent. Large pool and central air-conditioning kept everyone cool in the Xmas heat. The master bedroom is huge with ensuite and walk- through wardrobe. The location is close to golf courses, Broadbeach, restaurants and shops but doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of the crowded coastal fringe. "
