"What a fantastic place to stay. Beautifully designed and in the most gorgeous of settings. Very, very clean & everything we needed was provided. Kitchen/dining full of the latest tech & appliances. Comy sofa & great tv in lounge area. The bathroom & bedroom upstairs were so lovely. The communication with Susan & being shown around on check-in by Gaia was superb. "Modern, clean stay in Loughborough, close enough to the high street, parks, and shops. The place was great for our little family and hosting the cousins we came to visit for a little sleep over thanks to pull out couch. Well equiped kitchen, and parking was right in front. "

"After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again. "

"Booked a long weekend for myself and my grown up son to catch up with friends and family who still live in the area We moved North when he was 2 years old and is now in his early 20's so spent the time going to places he went as a baby. The lodge position was perfect as it was quiet but only about 20 minutes from everything. It was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. My son made good use of the hot tub. are definitely considering booking to do the same next year."

"No welcome ' pack ' not even a bottle of milk. Light fittings missing. Main bed the worst ever experienced. The central heating did not work, we sat in overcoats and blankets. Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance.
