Maravilhoso final de semana com amigos e família
Já no primeiro contato com o Sr. Luiz consegui verificar que o mesmo era uma pessoa transparente e consequentemente fechamos o negócio. Eu, minha esposa e meu filho chegamos primeiro e estava tudo conforme combinado por telefone, casa limpa, tudo arrumado e organizado. Usufruímos da casa por completo, tudo maravilhoso, decoração linda e uma piscina fabulosa depois de passar o dia na praia que é do ladinho. Meu filho e sobrinha amaram o rio, conseguimos deixar eles livres brincando, pois não tinha perigo algum. Resumindo, amamos e com certeza voltaremos. Respondendo para ajudar os próximos sortudos: A descrição do anúncio bate certinho; A casa está ótima; Proprietário bastante atencioso; Recomendo a qualquer um que queria um um lugar gostoso; A praia da Juréia e show, o mescado de Boraceira tem tudo e para quem gosta de um lugar agitado Juquehy e maravilhoso.

imóvel precisando de manutenção
O imóvel precisa de manutenção na parte elétrica, principalmente! Nós ficamos sem energia por algumas horas, sem água por 12 horas e há mofo nas paredes . A piscina ficou interditada por 24 h devido à manutenção inadequada. O proprietário é muito atencioso ao telefone, mas isso não evita problemas. Ele negou-se a devolver parte do valor pago como forma compensatória pelo desgaste imposto aos hóspedes!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, piscina maravilhosa, contato com a natureza, ambiente tranquilo e familiar. Existe uma guarita de segurança na esquina, o que nos manteve muito tranquilos. Passamos uma semana muito agradável e a atenção do proprietário conosco foi de primeira... Sr. Cezar muito disponível e atencioso, sempre pronto a nos esclarecer e resolver as dúvidas ou imprevistos que surgiram. Recomendo.
