"Fiquei no Ap 2204. Cabe 5 pessoas para dormir tranquilo. Tem TV boa e utensílios de cozinha de disponíveis. Mas, não é aconchegante. Teto do banheiro mofado, pintura a desejar. Janelas sujas, sofá desconfortável e velho. Para tomar banho e dormir, ok. Porém, para passar o dia dentro do apartamento é quase impossível pelo calor, pois não tem ar condicionado e é muito quente. Vale ressaltar que tem 2 ventiladores, um de teto e outro de parede. Resumindo, precisa de uma reforma, para melhor...

Until 6 pm on day of check in. Ruined my weekend trip. Never again with bot...

"This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back)."
