"Meus pais ficaram no apartamento de 1 quarto. Achamos o quarto bem apertado e cama muito pequena, ainda mais considerando que são idosos e que um deles é um pouco obeso e a cama não acomodou os dois com conforto. A limpeza muito ruim. Sujeira no chão e muito pó nos móveis. Para eles, que são idosos, o sistema todo informatizado/ tecnológico é inviável. Não conseguiam fazer nenhum procedimento de liberação de acesso sozinhos."

"If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this...

Their system only works if you have WhatsApp and they respond really slow- then you get a message to go to website to check in, and when that works you can enter the building. The property is so great but their attempt to have no personal interface with you at the building wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration. "
