"AVOID! First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive. Second, the curtains are see-through. "Meus pais ficaram no apartamento de 1 quarto. Achamos o quarto bem apertado e cama muito pequena, ainda mais considerando que são idosos e que um deles é um pouco obeso e a cama não acomodou os dois com conforto. A limpeza muito ruim. Sujeira no chão e muito pó nos móveis. Para eles, que são idosos, o sistema todo informatizado/ tecnológico é inviável. Não conseguiam fazer nenhum procedimento de liberação de acesso sozinhos."

"It is always great to stay at the Charlie properties. This particular one lacks curtains in the balcony, what would reduce the heat, and more powerful ACs, as the best place to remotely work in the apartment is the balcony. Besides it, amazing stay! Great communication. "
