"One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed. I would come back to Sintra for the sole purpose of staying here. The attention to detail is amazing and the rooms are over the top fantastic. We were in room 2 and it’s mindblowingly beautiful. Loved the grounds, the peacocks, and breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and let us keep our car there after checkout so we could tour the sights during the day. Close enough to walk to places to eat, and there are some excellent places close by. Highly recommend "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We arrived super early to see if we could have luggage storage but surprised to be able to check in early so big bonus and thanks. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Bus stop within 2 minutes of hotel (we had a car so didn’t use but considered taking into Sintra to avoid hunting for parking). They do offer breakfast (we didn’t use) and have a bar/restaurant available. The only negative was they didn’t have a small fridge or microwave in room but reception did heat some items for me that I bought from a local grocery. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking up top and if full can pay 3 euro to use underneath parking. Easy access to highway to see the sites we visited! Would stay here again. "

"We could not have picked a better hotel from which to explore the idyllic area in and around Sintra. The hotel simply oozes charm, thanks to its venerable age and the high quality of its staff. Staying here is like staying in a hotel from a bygone age. The included breakfast was delicious and abundant. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here and could have easily stayed longer. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again should we return to the area."

"Ericeira is an elongated city on the coast. The WoT is central, next to all city amenities/services and close to major roadways. Staff is very welcoming. À few minor items in the room needed fixing which is indication of poor maintenance, but I say again minor things. "

"I booked this because I thought it was cute but the pictures don't do it justice. I had stayed at a 5 star hotel during my stay in Portugal and I enjoyed this adorable Chalet just as much. The property had so much character and charm and I absolutely loved our room. It was very clean and well decorated. I just loved everything about this stay. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Will return someday and stay longer. "
