Construção excelente, tudo de bom. Porém, peca por ter cortina rasgada na janela, faltando ilhós na mesma cortina e, nenhum quadro nas paredes. Tirando isso, 10!!!

O atendimento é bom, todos os funcionários que tive contato foram super simpacos e solícitos. O quarto é grande mas o colchão é antigo e muito mole. O café da manhã não condiz com as fotos, os pães são secos, pouca variedade e o pão de queijo é decepcionante pra uma cidade mineira. A localização é boa, próximo ao parque e ao centro de São Lourenço. O hotel é bem "ok" mas não voltaria.

Fiquei bastante decepcionada com a hospedagem. Havia muito barulho, pois não há isolamento acústico, e precisei ligar para a recepção para saber o que estava acontecendo, mesmo sendo mais de 5h da manhã. O café da manhã foi fraco, sem pão de queijo e o suco (praticamente essência de laranja, água e açúcar). A cama era desconfortável, dava para sentir as molas, e o travesseiro também era ruim. Não recomendo!

O hotel é bom, mas não condiz com o valor da diária que é muito elevado pelo que é oferecido. As roupas de cama e as instalações do banheiro, precisam ser renovadas. Os elevadores não estavam todos funcionando. Solicitei quarto em andar alto e de frente, mas não fui atendida.
