"Such a great house, a well designed modern villa with an incredible sea view. The house was spotless and well equipped with more or less everything we needed. Tania was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The area is nice and peaceful and only a short walk to the beach, but we did miss the lack of a shop within walking distance. "Every thing was easy from communicating with the owner (very polite and accommodating) to getting into the property. All very clean with a comfy bed. Do read the instructions so you know how to light the water heater! The privacy of the location is wonderful. It’s a quiet, older part of town but so much to see that’s in walking distance including restaurants full of locals and the more touristy places down the hill."

"Good location. We utilized the parking which was a key factor in choosing this location. Communication was good. The place was clean but lacked some supplies. Needed more towels for our group of 8. The place does not have A!C but we were there when it was hot. It was still okay. Overall a good value for our needs."

"First of all there is no people with you can speak about the property no door keys you have to figure out how to look for and check emails to find information. Another problem is parking there is no space to park your car you have to park on the street and you are lucky if you find one single space to park your car close to the property. Other than that the room is small but has everything that you need a/c, tv,kitchen, I will rent this place but without car"

The location is 20-25 min walk to center and all the squares and popular quarters Bairro Alto, Baixia, elevator Santa Justa, etc. There is Rua Esperanza (street) right down the hill from the house which has a great little cafe and restorant. We loved the counter in the bathroom, it was huge and fit all our things. "There was an odor of mildew throughout the house but especially in the lower level bedrooms. The stove didn’t work so we weren’t able to do any cooking- but the house is large enough for a family and was fine for us as we didn’t end up spending much time there. The kids liked seeing the goats and chickens,"
