"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"My family and I stayed at this property from April 4th to April 12th and had a wonderful time! We were a group of eight people, seven adults and one child, but the house felt huge, with plenty of space for everyone. It was great that there was central air conditioning throughout the house. Almost every day, my 6-year-old enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The best part was how close we were to the beach, just a block away. "The property was nice ; from what we could see. Power was out to the island. We had no alternative power sources (i.e. generator, flashlights, candles, etc.) Unfortunately the only nearby place to get these was a small store at the bottom of the street and cost me an additional 47 dollars for candles (they only had scented). Communication was a little slow, but the owner did communicate. It was a great location. Walking distance to the water, shops, and restaurants. "

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"
