"The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. Cons: WiFi signal only works in the middle room, It was very difficult finding the property since GPS doesn’t accurately track."

"This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"We were a group of 9 and we had more than enough space. A few minor issues but communication with our contact was always easy. We loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Wonderful location, comfy beds, excellent AC, we all really enjoyed the home and will absolutely stay here again when we return with a big group. "My sons and I had a phenomenal stay during spring break. Finding the location was easy. Once we arrived, check in was simple. This location is within 15 minutes from Playa Buye, one of the most gorgeous beaches in PR. We felt safe at the location (really felt safe in all of PR) and enjoyed the amenities. "Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "We had a great time! The hosts really set everything up to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Beach was close, quiet, perfect for our kids.
