Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Impossible to find via maps, google maps, etc. had to ask locals for help. The property manager is TERRIBLE. The worst I have ever experienced he hung up on us and blocked us from messaging. We asked for the WiFi password, told him the AC was not working, and that the key was not for the room we had. Numerous other guests had a similar experience and at one point many Of us were sitting in the commons complaining about the service. DO NOT STAY HERE.
