Apart from the terrific view of volcano and caldera, spa and pool attached to my room. We like the friendly staff and management who spend time to make our stay comfortable. They helped to organize local tour and airport pickup. Yes, let us forget the spread breakfast which they send to our room.

The staff was incredibly pleasant, and their hospitality was the highlight of the stay. However, the hot water was inconsistent, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the safety of the upstairs bedroom was concerning; there was a wide opening without guardrails near the stairwell, posing a serious risk of falling. Walking around in the room didn't feel safe due to these design issues

The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. Amazing view with a private jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spectacular with great views from balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is located in the main town of Fira close to alot of restaurants , bars and shops walking distance. Even though overall it was very clean but I believe they can do slightly better in the cleanliness of the rooms.
