"The house is in a perfect location with a 15 minute walk to the nearby Berria Beach. The large table and outdoor BBQ allowed us to have a wonderful meal with friends! "

My only criticism is that there was maintenance work going on outside which detracted a bit from the area around the pool although we still had the pretty balcony area to use undisturbed.
