"We took a chance and checked in early as we were going to a wedding nearby. Even if they had been fully booked the night before, they promised to try and have a room ready for us in an hour. We went to their restaurant and hadn’t even finished lunch before our room keys came. 😊 The room was nice - spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the snack and drinks that came with it. Everyone was very helpful from our entry to our exit. Being able to check out from your room was a nice touch. We originally chose Anya just because it was near the wedding venue we were going to, but we would likely go back again another time as we found the resort relaxing and spacious, and the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. "Great view of the Taal. Good food and shopping very close. Casino and amusement park 15 minutes walk. The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. Tagatay is a very noisy city, so be prepared for that. We would stay there again. Robinson supermarket and a small mall with good food right next door. "

"The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. I was beyond mad, left the counter. When I came back she told me it was all arranged & taken cared of. "
