"The properly itself is beautiful and big.ideak place for big group's / families. However it's very dated and needs fixing. Toilets / bathrooms needs cleaning, taps /shower needs fixing. Properlty owner Tita Osita is very accommodating and friendly. The care taker kuya's Arnel is very helpful, and friendly, acts quickly for any requests The place is in good location, however not easy to find, due to incorrect location and not enough information provided in Google map."

"Something must be leaking in the bathrooms because floors are constantly wet. Windows are filthy. No coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Doors don’t close properly. Water container is empty. Pots and pans are old."

"The house beautiful and quiet area. The kids like going to swim at night."

"A small villa in a gated community. The toilet and shower rooms are very small and basic. We ran out of water on second day. Couldn’t contact the administrator by phone but managed to see her and let her know. God for a short stay but could do with updating the interior of the rooms. "

"One of the air conditioner water drip so much that wet the floor. No blanket included."

"The property description showed that it is 3 mins drive from Sampaloc lake and Museo de San Pablo but its actually 30 mins away. The place is close to Tiaong, Quezon. The address indicated is incomplete coincidentally google pointing to city proper which is actually few minutes drive to the lake. There are also some safety issues in the property. Kitchen cabinet fell down which we almost got hit and electric fan on the wall is almost falling."

"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
